Increase return of Research Points when donating Items to the Research Institute.

This Mod will change the return of Research Points in exchange of Items, when donating items to the Research Institute.
I found 250 points for a Legendary Item a very low return, when the game is asking for (dynamic) 20k to create a new (Legendary) one.
Essentially and with basic mods, this is cheating. Maybe in the future, I will release my entire modified collection, where this mod actually makes sense and brings an arguably fair balancing to the game.
Technic stuff. This mod will increase the return of Research Points as following:
Return is fixed, it will not change along the game progression.
There are no known mod conflicts.
By my knowledge, there is no other mod modifying these parameters.
They are easy to modify - just look in the XML file and change the numbers to your desire.
The Narrative and God Like Items returns were not modified, only the above.
This mod will function stand alone.
For a better experience, I recommend these mods.

Uncommon Item : from 30 to 2000
Rare Item : from 40 to 4000
Epic Item : from 50 to 8000
Legendary Item : from 250 to 16000
