Adds almost all buildings to all regions. Artic is excepted because of lore and UI reasons (more building tabs will break the UI).

Silos should always use the regions fodder. However due to limitations in the implementation, for existing saves you might have to move a kontor building once or build a new kontor. Games started with the mod should have no problems.
