[Gameplay] Police HQ 1.0
This mod adds 1 more building to the Law Enforcement circle
The Police Headquarters:
---------------------
Compared with the original building, it costs a bit more and requires different resources, the reach of the emergency forces is +500% and the number of emergency forces is 4 units
(only available in the Old World)
Also, The horse carriage has been replaced by a motorized car that fits better with the status of HQ.
