    I want to change the storage size for the depot.  I can change the storage for the harbor warehouse but not the depot.  Can you tell me how to do that?

    The AI was building these on land for me, I prevented this from happening by making a custom mod with the following code. It just makes the AI build a small normal warehouse instead of the harbor warehouse (it does prevent them from using the building entirely, but I don't care about that).

    <ModOps>
    <!-- Block AI from building Harbor Warehouses-->
    <ModOp Type="add" GUID='167' Path="/Values/ConstructionAI">
      <BuildingReplacements>
      </BuildingReplacements>
    </ModOp>

    <ModOp Type="add" GUID='220' Path="/Values/ConstructionAI/BuildingReplacements">

    <Replacement>112656</Replacement>
      </Item>
    </ModOp>

    I can't place it anywhere says area blocked, even tried in another island, love it because you can put amount storage like'old town mod storage' just wanted add more for embesa and artic since water space is small. Fixed it, where it says terrain type I just put water removed the quay part, works like a charm my 5k warehouse storage, only need a couple for embesa and artic and good to go then gonna try for the 1m population but will put 100k storage :). thx for mod good one.

    Hi

    I'm having kinda the same problem as coolspear.
    However, I'm using spice it up.

    I'm also finding only the normal harbor depot and then the harbor warehouse of spice it up. However, the spice it up version of the warehouse only works in the new and old world, so I can't build harbor warehouses in the Arctic and in enbesa.
    This is why I would love to use your mod, but I don't know how to fix it...

    After installing this mod, first thing is, I could not find this building. I presume it should normally be found in the Harbor Build items in each pop tier's UI? You did mention available in all sessions, but I didn't see it anywhere.
    I'm assuming a conflict in the mods...

    Hi LePheel

    I like the idea of this mod, but there seems to be a conflict with this mod and I think Harbor Ornaments 2.0 MU

    Where Harbor Ornaments 2.0 MU moves the default Depot building from the default Harbor Build items in Workers UI to a new section in Workers UI with other custom Depot buildings.

    After installing this mod, first thing is I could not find this building. I presume it should normally be found in the Harbor Build items in each pop tier's UI? You did mention available in all sessions but I didn't see it anywhere.

    Second thing is, the default Depot building (moved to new section as noted above) only comes in one type. The version with the little shed and loads of cargo boxes. The large brick shed version (The model which your Warehouse mod is based on) is no longer an option, not in the building's own interface nor as a Shift-V option. Just the one version. Also all preexisting default Depots placed in the Old World and Cape Trelawney will be converted to the little shed and cargo boxes model if they were the large brick sheds model.

    Removing this mod restores the option to change the default Depot to either model type again (So not an issue with Harbor Ornaments mod.)

    Though I did not try your mod on its own to see if glitch persists with default Depot building, I'm only guessing it's a glitch brought on by a conflict of mods? Or it could be a glitch conflict with Harborlife mod (In Spice It Up collection) seeing as that mod takes the land-based model of a Warehouse and allows same model to be built in harbor waters on a quay structure. Either way, with your mod removed, the default Depot is not stuck on single model only.

    Edit update - Sorry to be such a pain in the butt reporting issues, but yet a third issue occurred when using this mod. Your mod was active in my game for about ninety minutes before I noticed the first glitch. All that while, on my main industry island where things are going at a fast production pace, the maximum capacity for storage with main harbor warehouse fully upgraded and plenty of depots, is 2,000 max. With your mod active, that 2,000 max was being exceeded, depending on the speed of production for any given product, some were way over 2,000 by many hundreds. A few days of that going on unnoticed and there'd be tens of thousands of some goods, and a real pain to clear out if the need ever came about. Thing is, the main thumbnail image of the product in warehouse window will be stuck at 2,000, as if everything is okay. But when hovering mouse over a product to get the tooltip window with more details, that's where you spot how much more it has gone over the 2,000 limit. And that extra amount does exist and you can get it all when loading the goods onto a ship. Some players might see that as a bonus feature, but it is still a glitch. Going back to a save file before your mod was ever installed, with all other mods mentioned above still in play, the 2,000 storage limit for that island (or any other island in any session) was never breached again, nothing went above the max capacity.

    Once again sorry to report so much, and after all, it might just be down to conflict issues with other mods and your mod is perfectly fine on its own.

      Coolspear, thank you for this detailed and thorough writeup!
      I took a look, and it appears that a lot of your issues were due to me releasing a mod that I'd been using for several years privately before someone on reddit asked for it, so I had forgotten that there were a large number of personal custom tweaks added that were outside the scope of just adding the harbor warehouse, such as adding an upgrade to default harbors that increases storage size (hence the low level depots all having the other texture) and modifying the storage amount for many of the harbor buildings. I have removed all of those conflicts and will re-upload here.
      As for the menus not showing up, the mod adds them directly to the harbor construction menu, so it's possible it conflicts there. The ID of the construction menu it adds to is `500952`, so if that is changed by another mod, you can lookup what it's being replaced with and edit the asset file to replace `500952` with that value. Hope that helps! Let me know if my edits helped with the other issues.

    This is awesome. I'm the one from Reddit :D

    That said, I think this is something that should have been in the original game. It allows for so much more flexibility. With the "harbour area" mod, you can really go to town. All you need for more shore-side factories/etc is a single tile width for a road to run out into the water.

    I added a screen shot of some Fish Oil shacks.
