This mod only displays Skill level instead of Ability Rating.

What problem is this mod trying to solve?
The game displays an Ability Rating, but it is not put in use anywhere. It's supposed to show how Attributes and Skill levels interact to modify Properties, but why is it displayed for Skills and not on the concerned Properties ? The Attributes ratios chosen do not correspond to any specific Property either, and the numerous extra factors are nowhere to be found.
Moreover, sometimes the game directly makes use of the Skill Level, without a Property intermediary or Attribute interference.
For these reasons and more, Ability Ratings should be deleted from the game.
Does not interfere with SkillLevelInRecruitment and can be used alongside it.
