Hey with this overhaul mod, is soldier difficulty like hard and easy is normal now and vice versa. As I was playing with the mod and I was like doing in a few hits by humans and xenos alike. At the same time, a head shot acid splash on no armor kills me instantly multiple times.
That is correct, although it is pretty taxing this profile and has amped the Supersampling and AA to 8x. Just a fair warning for anyone having performance issues.
@Haris, this is only a combination of Templar and Patrxgt mods. There should be no change to game play. The game can be pretty brutal. Try an easier difficulty perhaps?
Starting a new campaign and no issue here. I have played through multiple times, and in multiplayer, without issues so far with friends. Don't mind playing through again to see if I find anything. With all the hate it gets, I still enjoy it.
Yeah, it is unfortunate. This has always been an issue with Tempar's mod. Only work around is to play the next mission in vanilla then reinstall the mod.
