The way I did this was to get the .bik files converted to mp4 then upscaled the video, sadly it got rid of the audio, then found a YouTube video with the audio clips and took the audio and slipped them, and edited it in a video editing software to match and line up the best i could to the original timing and then converted it back to .bik files
If you could find the audio for the cutscenes I can attempt it, if you could cut up the audio and label them the movie names (Ex: C1_111) that would mean i could certainly mean i could.
I tried to do as you say, taking the audio from YouTube videos, converting it to bik but in the game I only see the video without any sound. I tried using the 4K videos in Spanish that you find here on the Nexus, setting the Spanish language in the game and it works but I need it in Italian. I can't play the audio, I tried converting both to mkv and mp4 by putting the audio in aac or mp3, if I use VLC the video has audio but the audio is not there in the game :(

Take those videos and use the Italian audio of the YouTube videos, but don't compress the videos too much otherwise the quality will decrease (the quality of Spanish videos is lower than 4k videos in English). I don't mind if they weigh a little more I prefer to have them in HD.

Great job! Please tell me how you made it. Using RAD Video Tools isn't working; it doesn't even open .bik files. I'm working on Ukrainian localization for this game and need to add Ukrainian voices to cut-scenes.
you can select all the files and then right-click and hover over the file converter and then convert to mp4 (if you're on Windows 11 you will have to click "show more options" before you can see the file converter option)
Then you can open it up in a video editor i used shotcut for this so I could separate the audio and video track (I'm sure others will work I'm used to shotcut)
add your own audio you want then export as an mp4. THE NAME MUST STAY THE EXACT SAME AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY NAMED!!! (EX: C1_111 must stay C1_111 this is cause the game calls for a file named this specifically)
convert all the mp4 files you just exported into bik files.
replace the original files in " AliceGame > Movies " folder
launch the game and pray it worked!
I want the game to have a revival and right now I'm working on trying to get the new RTX remix from Nvidia to work! But thank you for putting effort into keeping this game alive!

E-B-5-8-11 are localised voices, looks like there is two versions of the ambiant sound, or it's twice mono to render stereo, L+R.
