How could you upcaled a bik file?. I was trying to upscaled cutescenes with many programs, but they all returned the videos with other extentions (mp4, mkv, mov etc), and change the extention manually just doesnt work, the game crashes.
See the Gen Z Loading Screens mod page, there are instructions there for how to convert a video file (MP4, MKV, etc...) into Bik. Use this after you upscale your desired video.
Late to the party but I got RAD Tool to work by first creating a bik with no audio then "Mixing in" mono audio-only mp4 tracks one at a time. I was working on the Chapter movies. Seemed like tracks 1 & 2 are L/R channels. Track 3 is normally English. So, 3 tracks per language, 5 different languages... 15 audio tracks per movie. 123 456 789 101112 131415. Note that I said 'normally'. I think a few movies were 12(11) 34(12) 56(13) 78(14) 910(15). There was one even more bizarre than that.

Note that I said 'normally'. I think a few movies were 12(11) 34(12) 56(13) 78(14) 910(15). There was one even more bizarre than that.
