Hi. Editing the subtitles seems to be quite simple. I haven't done it myself but all you have to do is edit the "VO_XCharacter" files with notepad.
As for the voicelines, they can be replaced too (I think) by unpacking the .upak files inside the "maps" folder, replacing the audio files and repacking them again.
My mod has a problem tho, it seems that the game doesn't actually load the international (INT) subtitles from AliceGame/Localization/INT, and I can't for the love of god find the files. As a consequence, my mod doesn't actually change the cutscenes' subtitles T_T
These are all things I literally found out this morning by messing around with the files.
I've found a similar problem. I have edited the voice files, but the game still loads the old ones somehow. I guess it's getting them from somewhere else, but I cannot find out where or why.
