   You seem to be a well-versed player in this game. I'm really struggling because I can only build outposts using a hero. Can you please edit the logic of a game so that scouts can also build outposts?

   Sounds good. I'm I wright that I mustn't change Other modification like Big or Small dungeon? Also can u make submod with current features but with road? I don't want to build road here too. I had played Cities Skylines 1 and 2 enough. Also and a Transport Fever 2 xD

   OMG the idea of this sounds awesome!  Will this be compatible with steam mods too?  If so, where do I put this?

      yes it is. just drop it in your mod folder that should be set up by the game itself.
