   Im still confused on what this actually does.. Like can we pick the transformation in skill tree or what?

      No longer works post hero skill system rework that came with Ways of war expansion. I might have a look at it in the future.

      Navigate on your hard drive to:
      Documents > Paradox Interactive > Age of Wonders 4 > Mods
      Then unzip the manual download and place the Hero Transformation folder in the Mods folder.
      
      When you start the game, click on Playsets (on the left), then click the ADD MORE MODS button,
      Then check the box for your mod, on the right, then click the ADD TO PLAYSET button on the left.
