Requires Hanley's Custom Launcher for 1.05 and earlier
versions. For 1.07 and later follow the instructions at the following
URL:

INSTRUCTIONS:
Drag and drop files into your ~mods folder.
Go to profile and go to Face Type. Select FACE TYPE 3.
Now go to attire and then head accessories. Select accessory NOSE PIERCING 1.
Packed in pak chunk 1313.
