Place the .paks in
[Your Steam Install Directory]/Steam/steamapps/common/ACE COMBAT 7/Game/Content/Paks/~mods
(*Requires Urvopteryx's F-15N Mod. Make sure these skin files have enough tildes "~" to overwrite the F-15N's base textures.)
Razgriz Air Command Squadron black scheme for the F-15N, with Blaze's "016" Modex. Available for slots 1-3 and 7 through 11.
Kudos to Palutena for the original skin design and inspiration.
