Changelogs
Version 2.0
Brought this one up to my current standards. Further touch ups to the camo pattern itself with some simulated camouflage wear. Colors fixed as well, skin now actually appears accurate to Raptor 01's Mod Eagle scheme - idiosyncrasies with the very old F-22A template means you can't directly sample colors (will appear much too dark) so I had to manually color-correct it. Maintenance markings from the Langley Raptor template were mostly redone with the AmarilloOADF font used whereever appropriate. New Osean roundel used (credit to Cola/Calamitous). Trigger markings were overall redone, now prominently featuring the real thing's red "Raptor 01" tailplane text and the stylized F-22 logo on the nose traced from decals. Trigger pilot text added under canopy frame. MREC re-done yet again with simulated camo "bleed" outline effect. No Mobius markings this time, might consider it in the future...
Version 1.3
Finally satisfied with this now. MREC now based off alternate source, credit to Sunrest. camo pattern slightly altered up front. Parts from Langley Raptor template used for markings, credit to laverniusregalis. Removed certain diamond/square shaped black marks on top and underside that weren't present on the actual Raptor 01. Also removed jagged panels directly forward of the underside nozzles. Tailcode size enlarged for Trigger's skins. I also created an additional spare variant that is more weathered with different markings (ED / 91-001) as a callback to the real thing.
Version 1.2.1
Uh oh, spaghetti-o's. Re-added "Three Strikes" motif that was mistakenly left out of v1.2 Strider campaign skin (slot 6).
Version 1.2
I'm sorry, I can't help myself. I feel like *his* soul has invaded my body in a desperate attempt to finally get this right. golmd nozzl is finally actually REALLY done now on god frfr. I was able to remove the dark triangle on the nozzle tips, tips are recolored metallic silver with gold "transition part". Probe marking altered for accuracy (the ends are angled inward towards the doors now instead of at a 90-degree angle).
Version 1.1
Oh, yes. Exhaust nozzles are now *gold*. (golmd?) Reflective metallic effect achieved through MREC alterations. Black canopy line details were also removed across diffuse, MREC, and normals. As a result the .pak files are larger due to the added normals.
Version 1.0.1
Exact same as 1.0, which was inexplicably flagged. Don't ask why cause I don't know either.
LIvery recreation of Lockheed's pre-production/EMD F-22A serial 91-4001, commonly known as "Raptor 01", for the F-22A. Unlike production Raptors in use by the USAF, 91-4001 came in a standard Mod Eagle paint scheme of FS36176 over FS36231 without the "outlines" on the wing edges, as well as a stylized "F-22" and "Raptor 01" logo on the nose and vertical stabilizer, respectively. This skin adapts those features to the Strangereal universe in the following variants:
As with my previous skins, textures use BC7 compression with mipmaps disabled to improve in-game quality. Let me know what you think and if you encounter any bugs.
