About this mod
Installs a special personal IEWS unit "Argos" on XFA-27 as droptank trigger, which can expand lock on angle for all its weapons by a huge amount, and upgrades XFA-27's weaponry: 4-load MSL, 8 multilock 2-stacking MSTM, Advanced SOD, and Cluster MPBM.

OVERVIEW
This mod mounts a special IEWS unit for the XFA-27 specifically adjusted to augment all its weapons' lock-on angle and lock-on speed, nicknamed "Argos". This special unit is activated using droptank trigger (hold weapon switch button while relatively level) and is only active for a short duration. This is meant to mimic an all-angle targeting capability
The IEWS unit works in conjunction with standard missiles, and also its special weapons which can be given optional upgrades:
- SOD can be changed to XSOD - advanced version of SOD with more bomblets and wider scatter
- MSL and MSTM can be changed to 4MSL and 8SMM - 4-launch standard missile and 8-target (2-stackable) short-range multipurpose missile
- IEWS can be changed to XMPBM - Ground-target only MPBM that, after a short distance, scatters into several missiles, each having big blast radius.
INSTALLATION
- Download the mod archive file from Nexus
- Unzip the file contents
- Place the files you want to install to your game's ~mods/ folder
Latest version allows you to apply the swap to only skin slots of your choosing using the skin selector files (or to all skins with the All Skins file). The selected skin slot will then be incompatible with other XFA-27 weapon swap mods. Keep in mind that ammo count is shared across skin slots. Supports application to Additional Skin Slots.
!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!
In hangar, the weapons will show their default name and model (except XMPBM which will show model change but not name), but the change will apply in-game, if installed correctly.
