The weapon's power is designed around the ammo count for the weapon it replaces*. In Helios-Airburst EML's case, it's IEWS, which has low ammo of 10.
In return, it's very powerful, capable of nuking a whole platform cluster in M11 with one shot (Demo video)
*The reason for this is so that when used with Add-on Compatibility mod, which keeps the ammo count for all planes as default, the power will still be justified.
Will this make completing mission 19 impossible? weapons have to have a small enough hitbot to get through the arsenal bird's shape (same for SP Mission 3 final phase)
As FS988 said, the Helios-Airburst EML can do the job
The 6-target version can work as well as it has a tiny AoE
Additionally, the droptank-triggered railgun has AoE as well (bigger than 6-target but smaller than UGB) so you have a way to deal with it regardless of Sp Weapon choice. You don't have to be perfectly level to use it, you can be slightly pitched upwards/downwards or rolled slightly, and it can still fire.
