Great mod - just completed a playthrough with the Monarch skin and this felt like playing the F15 SMTD's more powerful Project Wingman cousin, the F/S -15.
You noted that the weaponry and behavior were modified, and I noticed when playing that: (i) I could fire more missiles before reloading (3-4) (ii) the plane was much more maneuverable, and (iii) the missile tracking / homing felt far superior (for the standard missiles, am conscious that the QAAMs have better native homing...).
Could you confirm what modifications you made to this plane and its weapons as against the standard F15 SMTD? Genuinely curious, and Its hard to compare with the AC7 stat bars...
Which assets would I have to tinker with in order to swap the MGP out for conventional missile loadouts such as 6aam or LAAM? I've had success editing add-on wepoan counts but both guides on the modding wiki - Simple Swap and Weapon manipulation - seem to be insufficient for add-on plane SpW mesh swaps. Great mod btw, I dont mean to come across as ungrateful. It just seems a bit odd to put outdated MGPs on an experimental advanced demonstrator aircraft.
Basically, you have to modify the "SWP" meshes according to your liking, however, you might need UE4 and Blender, and having knowledge of Blender is not "AC7 Exclusive" so good luck.
Hey dude, is there still a long way to go for fantail mode? If it is difficult to do it for free, I would like to pay a certain fee and take over the request.
The Fantail is a creation totally made by me, and I dont accept commissions over my own stuff. So simply wait until it's released. I dont want pressure over it, nor the rest of my projects.
For unknown reasons,after I download this mod and use it with sincerity's compatibility mod,the name of the aircraft cannot be correctly loaded,and I'm also unable to change skins because skins were not loaded...infact,it didn't give me the options of different skins of this aircraft when I click the option"SELECT A SKIN"...may I ask if there is a workable solution?
