EML is suitable just for some specific aircrafts. I think it's possible to add EML on other aircrafts, but is way harder to do because this kind of modification requires more than a simple weapon swap, you need to make the aircraft compatible to EML. Obviously, a mod like that takes a lot of time, so i don't think he does it without comissions.
