   Could you please make it clear if this is skin or new aircraft replace mod for ADF in info ? To be specific Does it replace weapons and jet or is this just skin ?

      it replaces the DLC Pixy skin. (not special skin)
      
      What is optional is the cockpit glass tint, VISMOD for the weapons, and the TLS color.

      Have you tried checking if any mod is interfering with the skin?

      I'm unsure of what mods would interfere with the skin because the skins I have on the morgan aren't in place with the pixy skin.
      
      Update: So I removed every mod except this skin kept in the paks folder and it still doesn't appear
