    does this affect the Parts that increase gun damage and stuff?

      From my own gameplay, they seem to stack on top of the mod to further increase gun damage

    Just asking, but would this work with Enhanced Gunplay, or will it conflict?

      Will definitely conflict with the core gun buff/FOV increase file, but it's possible it won't conflict with the other files in Enhanced Gunplay. Not sure how much of EG is dependent on that core file, so try it at your own risk.
