    The issue is fixed by making the following modifications (Bold, Underlined),
    In the blocks.xml:
    <property name="LootList" value="Honey"/>
    In loot.xml:
    <lootcontainer id="193" name="Honey" size="1,1" sound_open="UseActions/open_chest" sound_close="UseActions/close_chest" destroy_on_close="true" loot_quality_template="qualPlus1Template">
    This allows the game to correctly associate the blocks with the loot item. The beehive will work in A20+, it works on mine (A20.4)

      I don't know if something happened to your post but I can't see what to edit to make it work.
      Would you kindly re-post the solution/fix?

      Thank you!

    I have both the coop and the beehive installed. The coop added a chicken onto the top as well as the beehive turning green. However, I can't harvest either. I tried breaking them down and they just produce another hive or coop.

    I think I am installing this incorrect.
    I get the following error.

    I extracted it to the mods folder but this is for a dedi server. I get the same error for the Chicken Coup mod as well.
    Does this need to be client side and server side or just server?

    I love this mod however I am curious if there is a way to change a value in the xml file to have it unlocked by a different tier of "living off the land". Thanks so much!

      Thank you :)

      If you want to change at what level of LotL it unlocks:

      Edit progression.xml, and change:
      [@level='1,3'] to 2,3 for level 2.

      If you want to change it to a higher level (3, 4, or 5), then you'd need to replace the entire line with different code:
      <append xpath="/progression/perks/perk[@name='perkLivingOffTheLand']/effect_group/passive_effect[@name='RecipeTagUnlocked'][@level='1,3']/@tags">,FRK_Beehive</append>
      would need to become:
      <insertAfter xpath="/progression/perks/perk[@name='perkLivingOffTheLand']/effect_group/passive_effect[@name='RecipeTagUnlocked'][@level='2,3']">
      <passive_effect name="RecipeTagUnlocked" operation="base_set" level="3,5" value="1" tags="FRK_Beehive"/>
      </insertAfter>
      With
      level="3,5"
      unlocking it at level 3,
      level="4,5"
      unlocking it at level 4,
      and level="5"
      unlocking it at level 5 of Living off the Land

    I see that other people are enjoying this mod, so the fact that it's not working for me either means I did something wrong or I don't know how to use it. I was able to plop them in game using the cheat menu, but I wasn't able to access any inventories on either the beehive or chicken coup. How does it work?

    Edit: I just noticed the pictures and it looks like there's no inventory to access until it actually produces something. Is that correct?

      That's correct, yes :)

      The beehive will turn green when it's harvestable, and the Chicken Coop will "grow" a chicken on the roof.

    I like the mod but do think the amount should be much less. Any way it could be changed to 1-2 in 2-3 days.

      open loot.xml in notepad - find
      <item name="foodHoney" count="1,5" prob="1"/>
      Change the count to whatever you want it to be (lowest amount, highest amount), and it'll randomly pick between them.

      hey man, i cant log into the forums to send you a message there so i'm doing it here. i hope its okay this way.

      i love your beehive and chickencoop modlets. i use them both. i endorsed them both too.
      the chickencoop is especially usefull for late game when you dont wanna go around chasing chickens and looting birdsnest anymore.

      i was wondering, could you make a modlet that removes the heatmap generation from torches and candles ?
      there are already mods like this but they are both outdated and they remove ALL heatmap generation. which feels like cheating to me.

      i hope to hear from you soon.
