   Hey! love the Idea but I can't find the building ingame. To install do I just drop the file into the MODS folder?

      To have access to the prefab, unzip the files in the folder to your steam/steamapps/common/7DaysToDie/data/prefabs folder
      From then on, you should be able to load it into a world or into the level editor where you can play it.
      If you want to play it in the level editor, make sure you set a start point inside the outer wall's main gate.
