RIOT GEAR V1.0
This modlet adds a Riot Shield with a few variations to the game.

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
� Only tested on A18.

:: FEATURES ::
� Riot Shield, Bruiser Shield and Enforcer Shield
� All-in-one Schematic
� Trader and Loot drops incorporated.
� AOE buff for using just the Riot Shield.

:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
� The animations are not quite a perfect fit, but it's the closest I could find.
� Cannot pick up the Riot Shield from it's Barrier placement when damaged. Must be repaired first.
� Riot Shield doesn't show quality. All Riot Shield's are the same stats and do not degrade.
