1.download zip file
2.unzip the file
3.add contents of unzipped file
to your 7 Days to Die prefab folder

Should look like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs

Or wherever you keep your 7 days to die folder. But the ending should look the same.

This prefab should randomly spawn into your world. Or you can use the world editor
and add it in manually.
