This mod is not needed anymore since the official patch allows you to craft this tier if you have all perks for a certain skill, unless this gives you it directly from the start. Just wanted to let you know that :)
Yeah they had it disabled in b143, then re-enabled it in 149 for "testing", then promptly disabled it again in b152. Not much of a test really, 149 to 152 was only two or three days.
