Thank you so much for the gorgeous mod! But it doesn't seem to be compatible with the "OCB Better First Person View" mod. After reloading the pump-action shotgun, the camera switches to a third-person view and is almost right next to the neck of the character model. This can be fixed if you get into a transport and exit (that is, switch to a normal third-person view and back).
Hello, I discovered an error: if you move the Lever-Action Rifle and Pump Shotgun to another slot while reloading, the console will open and the following error will pop up. NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
I was able to get this to work with Plaebad's Cowboy Rifle by adding these lines to the file "items.xml" (inside the cowboy rifle folder, NOT the partialreloads folder... actually I did both to be on the safe side, I don't think it hurts anything).
You could add them to the partial reloads mod if you copy the lever action segment and change the name so it matches your custom weapon. Doing it on the weapon itself works too.
Any chance we can get this for A20? Don't inconvenience yourself but my family and I are still playing Rebirth on A20 and it'd be great to have this along for the ride. Don't sweat it if not. Please and thank you.
This is amazing!!! I've been longing for this for YEARS!!! Two things, would it be possible to add a cancel reload with RMB? (Instead of changing toolbelt slots) And with your permission, I'd love to use this in my Spencer Mansion mod!
Mod works great. Definitely knocked off something from my 7days bucket list. There is a conflict with VRoid Mod that causes the guns to reload to max after a time, but you can still use the partial reload feature. It just works "better" than intended.
A VRoid Mod patch as well as the ability to cancel the reload without switching weapons would make this one of the best mods of all time. It's still definitely going on my list though, thank you. https://www.nexusmods.com/7daystodie/mods/3501
I am aware of that bug that's why I specified it doesn't work in third person. I'm postponing Vroid related fixes until 1.0, since a lot of the stuff is very "hacky".
For example, vanilla third person mode doesn't even have reloading sounds.
