    How i can edit the text from xml to walk more faster?

      You can edit this part:

      value=".05,.15"

      .05 equals +5% for level 1 perk and .15 equals +15% for level 3 perk
      e.g., if you want +15% at level 1 and +45% at level 3, just change to value=".15,.45"
      perk lvl 2 will be the middle value between, or +30% in this case.

      (sorry for the late response, may help anyone with the same question though)

    Wonderful addition!
    Going to test on a18. Looking at the xml and there should be no conflict. The nice thing in a18 is that you can now have the Localization.txt file in the Config folder and it will auto load.
    When making an a18 Localization for your mod you need to have the header (Key,Source,Context,Changes,English) it should look exactly like this;

    Key,Source,Context,Changes,English
    perkRuleOneCardioNameRank1Desc,progression,Perk,New,Increase stamina regen by 10% when sprinting.\nIncrease walk/run speed by 3%.
    perkRuleOneCardioNameRank2Desc,progression,Perk,New,Increase stamina regen by 15% when sprinting.\nIncrease walk/run speed by 6%.
    perkRuleOneCardioNameRank3Desc,progression,Perk,New,Increase stamina regen by 20% when sprinting.\nIncrease walk/run speed by 9%.
    perkRuleOneCardioNameRank4Desc,progression,Perk,New,Increase stamina regen by 25% when sprinting.\nIncrease walk/run speed by 12%.
    perkRuleOneCardioNameRank5Desc,progression,Perk,New,Increase stamina regen by 30% when sprinting.\nIncrease walk/run speed by 15%.

      Do I need to create a Localization.txt file in the config folder and just copy the contents from your comment into the file? Or, do I need to copy the game's Localization.txt file into the mod folder with the necessary mod changes?

      just the contents from my content starting at Key...
      Key,Source,Context,Changes,English is mandatory and won't work without it at the top of the file. we no longer need the 5,,,,, at the end of the sentence unless it's adding in other languages.
      put the file in your Config folder.

      And it works perfectly in A18
