Adds one time use radios sold at the trader to call in supply drops.

Trader sells supply drop radios. Ammo, Food, Medical, Books, and one that has all 4.
Each drop has a different price based on the supplies you need.
Once purchased, place the radio and use it to set a signal fire.
You will hear radio chatter and then the airplane.
The signal fire gets put out once the drop arrives.
Be Aware! The drop attracts Z's.
There is a server-side only version as well.
*** UPDATE ***
- You can trigger the drop from within a land claim zone.
- The zombie count when triggered is now three. What was originally intended.
WARNING... The Z's will spawn in your base if you trigger the air-drop too close. This is not ideal but I have no other option right now.
If you want to disable the Z's altogether I left a comment in the gameevents.xml file.
