   There is a known issue with Vortex not recognizing the new ModInfo.xml format used in Alpha 21 ("Unexpected modinfo.xml format").  This is not a bug, and it has been well-documented in many of the mods in this site. Unfortunately, until Vortex offers a fix from its end, you'll have to install the mod manually.
