Will admit, not too happy about the new system. Instead of just needing to go into recipes.xml like we used to, it now has to touch progression.xml (to include in the Electrician magazine crafting mechanic), items.xml (to include crafting unlock for solar panels), and blocks.xml (to include crafting unlock for solar banks) as well for all the proper hooks into the new crafting system.

Like to 2 gold for solar panels and one (or two) gold (per level) for solar cells, so a level 5 solar cell would be 5 (or 10) gold to craft.
The Gold would represent the gold used for the high quality electrical connections like those found in some modern electronics today.
Would still allow the solar equipment to be craft-able but still not too easy to get.
Perhaps an alternate version and let players choose what they like?
