   so i got this mod installed but im not geting any skill points from the trader once i complete a quest. ive done 2 quests since i installed it and nothing
   
   oh nvm i just realized its per tier completion and not per quest

   I use the code "givequest quest_tier1complete", and I got all the reward , but there's no tier 2 quest after I Re-entry the game.

      you may have to talk tot he trader again in order to get the quest. otherwise, i have no idea. The mod is best used on a fresh play, the commands only allow you to finish the quests to gain the points. i never tested beyond that. sorry.
