Version a19-Dr001
- Updated to the A19 version that I have been using
- removes some of the a17 items (recipes, tar, paraffin wax,terrain blocks no longer in the game)
- Control panel now has a burning barrel that will appear on top of it when it's ready to loot.

- time between loot has increased and loot drop slightly decreased over 0.04 values
- change the name of tar to resourceTar (this will effect existing tar so be sure to use your tar before adding the new version)
- added recipe for beaker
- added progression.xml to craft the exctractor or beaker requires engineering level 5
- add localization.txt and localization.bat for ingame descriptions. run localization.bat and it will automatically add the lines to the localization file for the game.

Version 0.04
- Increased loot amount. After more testing this is the closest to my liking yet. Changes should not be as drastic in future releases.
- Removed Motor Tool Fuel as it seems to be broken.

- increased the loot amount in the loot.xml by roughly x5 the previous version.

- Adds heatmap values and a warming effect to the area around the extractor
- Increases slightly the possible amount of loot of each type
- Paraffin wax added and a recipe for candles
- Motor Tool Fuel added for auger and chainsaw (80 ammogascan + 2 oil = 100 motor tool fuel)
- Tar added and related recipes for Duct tape and torch. Asphalt can be converted into Tar.
