In vanilla game you can only found Sham sandwich in loot. This mod adds recipe of Sham sandwich to the game. Still you need to find cans of Sham in loot or learn recipe of it.
1 Sham sandwich = 1 Can of Sham + 1 Corn Bread Crafting time = 20 seconds (depending on Chef skill)
