Harry's Wellness
This mod adds back the awesome wellness system from A16!

You now use food and drinks to increase your max stamina and health but be where injury's can take health and stamina away and sometimes at a alarming rate if you chose to ignore the dangerous world! 

Now you cant just binge drink and eat to get your stats up fast, every item depending on how good it is has a time limit that you have to wait IF you want the "Wellness" gains!

Food/Drinks with 4 and 5 wellness can increase your max health and stamina to 250 instead of 200!

How It Works
When you consume food/drinks,  you will gain the set amount of "Wellness" listed in the items stats INSTANTLY!

Depending on its "Food Grade" (being from 1-3 and 3 being the best) determines how long you have to wait before you can eat a food of the same grade and still gain in the "Wellness" bonus!

Each "Food Grade" has its own buff meaning you can consume a "Food Grade" of 1 2 or 3 item all at the same time and gain the "Wellness" bonus from each
But if you consume a "Food Grade" of 1 then try to eat another item with a "Food Grade" of 1, you wont gain the additional "Wellness" bonus from the 2ed food item you consume BECAUSE you already have the "Food Grade" 1 buff from the first item you ate. These buffs are just timers and when that buff is gone you can now consume another "Food Grade" 1 item and gain the "Wellness" bonus!



Compatibility
YOU DONT NEED TO START A NEW WORLD and it will start you off at 100 max stamina and health!

If you delete the mod your would world be just fine! The next time you enter that world you will start at 100 max stamina and health.
