A small mod that changes secondary attack for spears to power attack instead of throwing it.

We kept losing our spears in the heat of the moment, so we made a change to make the secondary attack a power attack instead.
This is the first version. Only changes the English Javelin Master perk descriptions in Localization.txt.
We have taken down the file that was unplayable in multiplayer mode. Now the main file can be used in single or multiplayer. Make sure everyone playing also has downloaded this same file.
UPDATE: Whoops! The underling who failed to actually remove the faulty .txt file has been fired, sacked, demoted, and shot out of a cannon smack into the center of a zombie horde. Now the mod should work for those still playing on A20. Successfully tested on version A20.6 (b9) .
