I wish there was an actual respawn system for this kind of stuff, but unfortunately turning them into a plant seems to be the limit of what anyone can do given the current state of the game.
Anyway yeah I saw mods for regrowing cars and stuff but not rocks so I figured someone out there would want this and stayed awake all night working on it.
I have very limited modding experience but if you want me to take a crack at something I'll give it a shot.
