challenge notes +

This mod brings back challenge notes, which i never really liked much,
until i re-wrote some to be longer and reward 1 skill point.
Find them for sale at Traitor Joels!

i.e. : kill 50 nurses for a rewardof a few XP, a handfull of Dukes, and now +1 SP
