Reduces the Vanilla Motorcyle pop up wobble effect to minimal and speed boost compared to vanilla
resulting in a smoother ride and more lean into the corners.

This is a server sided mod and tweaks the Motorcycle physics to reduce
that horrible pop up wobble effect and allow more lean into corners .
Gives speed boost compared to vanilla and you can still add the vehicle mod to increase speed further
This is a A21compatibilty update version of my A17- A20 mod originallly released in the official 7DaystoDie Community Forums
