   More pictures and description please. What tier? Where can we find it?

      Believe it is a tier3. You can find it if you put the files into the appsdata local prefabs folder and generate a world. It will always spawn. It looks like the vanilla version but there is a mess everywhere.

      No time soon I am sorry to say. I am very busy lately. Check with the Compo pack team. They may have updated it in their pack.

   Holy s#*! lol. The first time I saw this place, I was like pfff this is going to just be a poi I can raid quickly til I took 2 steps inside the door. I managed to survive this believe it or not at level 10 (On warrior difficulty). Great POI. Thank you.
