      Im using the same mod in alpha 21 and it does work you will find its because of another mod you have that is causing conflict

   Works for me, was thinking i need to go in confic and use file to overdrive file in confic because off commets, but it turns out, i was overthinking. Just added mod to mod folder, and did the trick. If you dont have mod folder, create one. path in steam is like Steamlibrary/common/7days to die. and in this location you create folder Mods, and put No stamina running there.
