I got tired of all the stamina use and I'm sure most people have so I made an XML edit to use less on regular hits and power attacks.
Decreases regular attacks by around 30% and power attacks by around 20%
And I also included another file to reduce the neardeathdebuff to 5 minutes.
Use both or just use one of them!
How to install
Go to where 7 Days To Die is installed
Take out the folder inside the zip and put it inside the Mod folder (If no mod folder, make one)
