all masteries that required attributes to unlock now require the same level of the attribute as the wanted mastery level (e.g. Dismemberment lvl7 now requires Intellect lvl7 to unlock)
"Spartan" mastery has been changed, it no longer provides damage for throws. Instead it only increases the spears damage/attack speed and additionally increases the chance to bleed with each level
"Rule One Cardio" has been nerfed from 4/8/12% movement speed to 3/6/10% movement speed
"Criminal" has been nerfed from "Pick locks 40% faster and break 40% less lockpicks" to "Pick locks 35% faster and break 25% less lockpicks"
"Crypto" has been nerfed from "Get a 15% better deal buying and selling merchandise with traders" to "Get a 12% better deal buying and selling merchandise with traders"

the "Crafting" perk now gives 60% crafting speed on the last level but no longer provides +1 level to crafted items
