See how it is done in reality and get that this is a really difficult process. Reality has long ago balanced all things. It's a very rare item, it can't be just easy crafted.
I do understand that they are a hard item to get. In reality, the basic beaker is simply made out of glass. I could bring it closer in line with bulletproof glass but I don't feel that it should cost as much as bulletproof glass. Beakers are fairly fragile and would break if dropped, bulletproof glass wouldn't.
Love this mod, even if I would've made the recipes much harder for some.
But it does bring to mind an unrelated issue that's always bothered me: Why in the hell do I need to read a book to teach me how to tie up and duct tape a flashlight to my hat??
I am also open to balancing suggestions. If you feel things are unbalanced and need to be changed, leave a comment and if you feel you know a better balance, leave that too. I'll look it over and see if it makes sense.
