   This is just the mod I've been looking for, but there's no notecard with it explaining where the config file and where the ModInfo.xml file go.

      hello, love this MOD, but the problem is, I can't generate a new world with it

      Maybe you can just generate without modlet and quit the game, then install the modlet back and start the new game with world you just created.
