First I thought the patch created the issue. Second I thought the save game was corrupted because all I owned from beginning or build in a Shipyard are fine with repairs. At least I started to check all mods I have installed and finaly my engineers started again to work on ships which have been borded by me. If someone displays the same issue just take out the mod and replace the engineers and they will start again to do their homework
I would really appreciate if you could have a look and fix this issue as I do not have any idea with modding.

Yeah, there are still a few issues. As of now, this mod's npc scripts are not compatible with other mods. To resolve this until I can get fixes out, just remove the npc scripts from the md folder in my mod. Now that egosoft fixed trade, I have some motivation to update the mod and actually play the game once again. I will look at the trade error as well.

I wonder if you have already tried to modify the Architect menus with this mod? You know, those that show up when you ask for resource required or construction plan ones? These still show up only as the slanted monitor version with v1.2 of your mod.
Thanks so much for the update. I discovered that there are still missions that don't show the upclose monitor menus still. Primarily these are the assassination missions - they're still shown on a slanted monitor when you select "Tell me more".
However, on the missions that work, you have left in your debug messages "convo!". They pop up in the middle of the screen Yes I have the 1.1b version, just in case you're wondering.
Just thought you might want to know, and maybe you might want to hunt down those missions still not being affected by your mod.
Good to know. I learned the other day that I am replacing far too much in the scripts, so I will reduce to replaces to just what is needed this weekend . . .and check the assassination scripts again
This mod worked well for me first. But then I updated the game to version 1.14 and it stopped working on my savegame. It does not show the monitor at all. If I start a new game it works fine. Does someone know how to get the monitor work with my savegame? Good mod thou.
Monitor failure, among other quirks, are a sign of low memory (memory leak, not that your PC doesn't have enough). Just restart the game and it'll work.
Other signs are that your doors to the cockpit don't open as you return from stations, as well as your chair doesn't slide out.
I am still working on the next set of fixes - had less time yesterday than I thought. I will take a look tonight, but I am on 1.15, so I can only test against that.
Thanks for the answers! Restarting did not help but mod worked well when I started a new game and it works now even after I updated to 1.15. So I dont know was it because of the 1.14 update or not. But no problems anymore!

-debug all -logfile debug_rebirth.log
and a lot of the xml files generate error message in that debug log. The log is in one folder up from the save game directory.
I don't think the game wants the extra tag in the diff line
