I downloaded CE 30 HF1 today and my GBE disappeared. When I tried to add it via the method discussed in the DESC it says it is not a mod and refuses to install it. My save games crashes whenever I try to access the load weapons on soldiers because my soldiers are equipped with a weapon that does not exist. I discovered the GBE does not exist when I looked into the mechanics section and the GBE does not exist as a weapon I can make.
Hi, the mod loading system changed in the X:CE 0.30. The mod does still work, but you'd have to install it manually by extracting the zip directly into the assets/mods folder in the game, then activate it with the Modding Tools in the launcher.
But all that has been fixed now, I've updated the mod to Release 5 and it now works with the new mod loading system just fine. The DESC has also been updated. : )
