As my spare time is becoming increasingly rare, I'm unfortunately falling massively behind in creating updates and actually doing my fair share of the work in creating this mod and as I can't see this situation improving anytime soon I would recommend that anyone that has enjoyed Merciless so far check out Long War as it's currently making huge strides in adding features to the game, that I currently don't have the time for... Sorry..

I have just today found this mod and enjoyed it from the pictures that I've seen, although once I had gotten it downloaded and loaded the game up, I went about my business with the four rookies until the first 'Alien Activity', at this point the game freezes. I try again, and again, 'Alien Activity' is frozen on my screen, I loaded up a pre-Merciless game and the same thing happened a third time.
I was wondering if anyone had any solutions/ had the same thing happen to them. I will be trying a few things a will probably reply to my own comment if I find the solution
This post humoured me, this mod was originally created as competition against Long War and was winning for a brief period, then life happened and it was abandoned, though with XCOM2 on the horizon I will be back with a vengeance.
With "Enemy Within", I hope that It awakens and gets updated/worked on because with all the new additions it need to be integrated with the mod's flavor.
How do I remove it? Like I've uninstalled the mod and reinstalled the game twice and yet when I click single player i still see the merciless title in the difficulty section and in the second wave the "bugged" script is still there and all. I mean the mod isn't active, the rifle suppression is gone and all that but I'm just wondering how do i get my game back to original?
I have a support soldier with the perk "3 x Med Packs". However, I can only use it once. 1 x stabilizing => no more healing/stabilising, even though the symbols say "2x"
Can this be fixed? Or is the perk simply broken?
Thank you already! It is a great mod. Got my ass handed to me a few times already (12 Crysalids on a terror mission, 9 spawning in one round! Or 3 fat-red-closecombat-Mutons + their Muton guards charging me) Good fun!
I think I have a bug in-game: I can only shoot 1 time with all balistic weapons, except pistols, and then they are empty and i have to reload?! is this meant to be in the game or is this a bug? (not sure about laser and plasma because i always restarted the game for reinstalls etc)

Before You ask - yes, I have a licenced copy, Steam is in the offline mod, updates disabled.
