    Does this address EXALT missions and other special encounters, like Council Missions and BAse Assault.

    I am currently playing with Quick and Dirty, with several of my own INI edits, but Exalt seems to have just as many soldiers as before, which makes those missions unnecessarily difficult.

    so i have tested this out in one play trough and i like the 4 man team with long war because your soldiers become much more precious and i like the shorter mission and less aliens with Dynamic War and Quick and Dirty.

    there is one issue however. after playing with your changes i have noticed aliens will always kill you halfway across the map in full cover. pretty much whole experience was reduced to run away if you get spotted and let them come to you. if i try to hold my ground say i am surrounded game is over.

    i have changed some of the settings for cover and aim back to long war settings and the game has become much more fun. where before i would insta die if i stick around guaranteed, now i can try and hold and area and survive and figure something out. becomes much more like a war where you need to shift soldiers about to get things done and not have them die. sometimes your soldiers get hurt and you need to move them back to back of the line or bring doctors forward. i can do all this and still try and defend an area or try and push forward.
