   Why is it that renaming XCOMLauncher to XCOMLauncherReal and texmod to XCOMLauncher just loops back to the texmod launcher? I tried targeting texmod launcher to open XcomEW.exe , XCOMLauncherReal and they both just re open the texmod. Don't understand as i'e done nothing to edit XcomEW.exe so it should launch to the game, but it doesn't. Soon as I remove the texmod(XCOMLauncher) executable it works fine again.

   hi, so i follow all the instruction, and click the RUN button to play the game.
   But instead of enjoying the game, I got an AVG hit marker on some of my registry.

   In the instructions, step #5, what is Rookie_Pack.tpf ? Is it supposed to say armor.tpf and weapons.tpf?
   
   "5. Click on small yellow folder icon in the CENTER at the top --> browse to Rookie_Pack.tpf "

   Does this mod work with Long War 1.0? Ive got it installed and have been trying everything to get it working but so far I'm still stuck with the bland vanilla textures.

      Hmm. Then there must be an issue on my end. Texmod used to work fine and now it doesn't. I have texture setting set to high. I have exceptions made for texmod in my anti-virus (just in case that was interfering). Do you have any advice on what I need to do to get pretty textures again?

   Hey. How to put the mod in the Russian localization of a long war? All done under the instruction and works on 1.0 but the language becomes English.

      If its just a reskin pack like this is, all you have to do is load it though Texmod.. no language changes neeeded

   TexMod simply opens itself when you tell it to run. In the video it said the fix for it is to verify integrity and it didn't work. Anyone know a real fix for this?

      only fix ive figured out to correct the infinite loop bug is to remove the post for texmod in regedit... but you have to figure out how to do this yourself as it can screw up your windows if you dont know what you are doing in there... try google it
