Hey, as of 1.11 poision clouds are bugged and don't do damage anymore, even without your mod. This has already been acknowledged by a dev (http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/60992-Gas-clouds-doing-no-damage-anymore-since-1-11/page2). I was wondering if you could fix that and make them work again? I ask this, because I don't really wanna wait until 1.12
I was giving it a shot myself (even though I'm a total noob at programming) and found only five different lines in the script that changed. So it must be one of these lines that causes the bug. But I can't really change anything without knowing what it does. Can you take a look at it?
I think the easiest way for you to find the difference is doing what I did: compare your old scripts (version 1.0 from the files section of this mod) with the new ones (version 1.1) via something like diffchecker.com.
I think it would be interesting if rather than doing damage your toxicity increases while in it. Not really sure how difficult that would be but I at least would like to see it.
Just a quick FYI, because I also found out way too late: You can temporarily dissolve poison clouds not only with igni...but also with aard. It will not explode this way.
Yup, I'll see about adding it as an option in the next version but for now I can give you instructions on hwo to do it yourself, it's really simple:
Open up the file my mod adds ([mods]\modPoisonClouds\content\scripts\game\gameplay\interactive\toxicCloudEntity.ws) and delete everything on lines 582, 583 and 585 (if(parent.restorationTime < 0), { and })
